Now for the part everyone hates and ignores...yup, all that legal babble rolled up into a disclaimer XD
1) I do not own any member of the GazettE. I am not Aoi, Kai, Reita, Ruki or Uruha [as you've probably gathered]. I am not related to them in any way [as far as I know XD]. I do not work for them and I don't have any contact with them either.
2) As most of the site's content is mine it would be nice of you to ask or link back to Miseinen if you want to use things from here ^___^
3) Some things on Miseinen do not belong to me and are owned by the person mentioned on the page or on the thank you page. If you wish to use something of theirs please email me and I will ask them if it is okay. It's not mine so it's not my decision if you can or can't use it >w<
4) I do not get paid for this site. I made it purely as a fansite so that other fans can read about the band and I can spread more gazettely~greatness ^^ If I do something wrong then please tell me so that I can fix it ~ I'm not bad usually, I promise XD
5) Feel free to use the screencaps for avatars, layouts etc without asking. Just please don't pull the whole lot of them off as your own, it took a long time!! No idea why I'm writing this because they're awful and I doubt anyone would want them but just in case ^^
6) Lastly, songs, album names etc are copywrite to their owner, which I'm guessing is either the GazettE or PS Company. They created them which means no one should steal the names, music, lyrics or anything. So no stealies of those either!!
